All applications, responses, proposals and submissions relating to this information and/or the Project are made entirely at the risk and cost of the parties.
GE is acting exclusively as lead adviser on the Project. Neither it, nor any other adviser to its’ clients, will be responsible to anyone other than its’ clients for providing advice in connection with the Project and no duty of care shall be owed to any other person.
