On behalf of Royal London Asset Management, Griffiths Eccles acted on the pre-letting and as development consultant for this BCO award-winning office building which is occupied as the EMEA headquarters of Gartner Inc.

Griffiths Eccles advised Royal London Asset Management from the inception of this development, negotiating a joint venture agreement with the site owner and subsequently formulating a funding structure to facilitate the development of this 300,000 sq ft landmark office building, which was fully let on the day of completion to serve as the headquarters of Transport for London.
